Coil Tongs

Coil handling equipment is designed and manufactured by Heppenstall Technology AG.
The range of equipment includes Horizontal Coil Tongs, Vertical Coil Tongs, Parallel Linkage Coil Tongs, Low Head Hydraulic Coil Tongs, Coil Handling Magnets, Coil Tilters and Automatic Coil Transfer Systems.

Industrial Magnets

A full range of Industrial Magnets from Woko Magnet-Und Anlagenbau GmbH. Magnet systems are supplied for Plate & Sheet Lifting, Slab & Billet Lifting, Scrap Handling, Pipe and Long Products Handling, Rebar Handling and Separation Magnets. Magnets are also supplied for mounting on mobile equipment such as Forklifts and Mobile Cranes.

Conveyor Components

In association with International and local suppliers, Xatech offer a range of Conveyor Components and Services including Conveyor Pulleys, Tramp Iron Magnets, Conveyor Idlers, Sheaves, Winches, Wheel bogies, Structure and Equipment for both Surface and Underground Installations.

Steel Handling

Heppenstall Technology AG design and manufacture a complete range of Heavy Duty Material Handling Equipment for use by Steel and Aluminium Production, Processing and Distribution Industries. Range includes Block Tongs, Slab and Billet Tongs, Plate & Sheet Lifters, Roll Tongs, Lifting Beams and Automatic Transfer Systems.

Grabs

Heppenstall Grabs are supplied in all sizes and configurations to meet clients requirements. The
range includes orange peel, clamshell and enclosed clamshell in rope, mechanical and hydraulic
operation. Heppenstall also manufacture specialist grabs for dredging and forestry applications.

Grinding Media / Castings

Xatech International, through international associates are able to offer grinding media, mill liners, crusher castings and specialist casting to the Mining and Mineral Processing Industries. The range includes Forged Steel Grinding Balls, High and Low Chrome Cast Balls, Cylpebs, Wear Liners in both Alloy and High Chrome Steels.
